VectaMind

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 27 August 2026

These terms govern use of VectaMind, a product of ProSochi Pvt. Ltd. By creating or using an account, you agree to these terms.

1. Purpose of VectaMind

VectaMind is an AI-powered collaborative care tool designed to help parents, lawful guardians and authorised care-team members bring together everyday observations, understand patterns, coordinate care and track progress for neurodivergent children.

2. Support tool, not medical diagnosis or emergency care

VectaMind is a care-support and collaboration tool. It does not provide a medical diagnosis, emergency service, or substitute for qualified clinical or professional judgement. AI-generated summaries, scores, patterns, recommendations and action-plan suggestions are supportive outputs that should be reviewed in context. Decisions about diagnosis, medication, therapy or other clinical treatment should be made with appropriately qualified professionals.

3. Parent or lawful guardian responsibility

Only a parent or lawful guardian may create a child profile and authorise access to that child’s information. You represent that you have the authority to provide the child’s information and to invite care-team members where applicable.

4. Care-team access

Parents or lawful guardians may invite therapists, teachers, caregivers or other care-team members and assign permissions. Users must access and use only information they are authorised to see or modify. Information contributed by a user may be visible to other authorised care-team members based on their permissions. Access may be revoked by the parent or lawful guardian.

5. Your information and contributions

You are responsible for providing information you reasonably believe is accurate and appropriate for the child’s care context. Different contributors may observe the same event differently. VectaMind may preserve contributor context so that observations are not represented as objective clinical facts when they are individual observations.

6. AI-generated content

AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or require interpretation. Users should review outputs in context and use professional judgement where appropriate. VectaMind may evolve its models, prompts and analysis methods over time.

7. Acceptable use

You must not misuse VectaMind, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, upload unlawful or malicious content, impersonate another person, or use child or care-team information for purposes unrelated to authorised care and collaboration.

8. Privacy and consent

Our handling of personal data is described in the VectaMind Privacy Policy. These Terms are not a substitute for consent to process personal data. Where consent is required, VectaMind will present the relevant notice and consent choices separately, including appropriate parental or lawful-guardian consent for a child’s personal data.

9. Availability and changes

We may improve, modify, suspend or discontinue features as the product evolves. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

10. Intellectual property

VectaMind, its software, branding, designs and original platform content are owned by or licensed to ProSochi Pvt. Ltd. These terms do not transfer ownership of those rights to users.

11. Ending use

Care-team members may leave a child’s care team or delete their account at any time. Parents or lawful guardians may delete a child’s profile and associated data. When a care-team account is deleted, existing contributions may remain anonymised as part of the child’s care history, subject to applicable law and retention requirements.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to applicable legal processes and jurisdiction in India.
